Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business selling live plants, we do not offer returns. If upon delivery, you do not wish to accept the plant material, we will refund your purchase price of the plants.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, we sell only top quality, garden worthy plants.

Refunds
We will refund plant purchases that are cancelled 24 hours before delivery. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
