Hick's Yew

Hick's Yew is an atractive dark green evergreen suitable for hedging or for places in your garden where more formal, structured plants are need.  It's very tolerant of pruning. Hick's Yews are commonly mistaken for a Hill's Yew however the Hick's Yew produces a red berry.  While these berries can be toxic, they are safe provided that they are not consummed or handled with bare skin.  Height 250-300 cm.  Spread 150-175 cm.
